1. Go to our Commissions page.
2. Use this link and paste it into your order form while ordering a HEADER (I know it's a Google+ Cover, but it's similar to a header. Just make your order form like a header and add if you want your cover to have a background [please specify] or a transparent background. Colored/Patterned backgrounds are suggested. Also, you can use whatever template you'd like and whatever graphics you'd like, if any.)
